About
Meet the Director |
Dr. Brynna Farbod
My journey into maternal health program development is both personal and purposeful. After a tragic loss, multiple miscarriages, and later giving birth to my daughter, I faced postpartum anxiety/depression and long-term physical changes- despite feeling mentally prepared and healthy. These experiences opened my eyes to how little we acknowledge the emotional, psychological, and physiological shifts mothers go through.
I created Madar to change that.
Blending my clinical expertise with lived experience, I support women and mothers through postpartum depression and anxiety, anger and stress, maternal identity challenges, pelvic issues, and personal development through my programs. My integrative approach combines science-backed strategies with holistic wellness to help women feel seen, supported, and empowered.

The Meaning of Madar
Madar (مادر), the Persian word for mother, reflects the heart of everything we do. It represents the strength, wisdom, and devotion that mothers carry through every season of life. Inspired by this meaning, Madar is dedicated to nurturing maternal well-being, fostering connection, and empowering mothers to care for themselves as deeply as they care for those they love.
